Everyone's favourite acronym: AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible). Here are the deets: We have not one but two AMRAPs for you today. AMRAP 1 is 12 minutes. Complete the required reps for each exercise before moving on to the next one. Rest as needed, but keep those breathers short. This one is all about getting your heart rate JACKED. After the first 12 minute AMRAP, rest two minutes, set your timer for 8 minutes and jump into AMRAP number 2 (see the PDF for more info on the e...xercises if they're not familiar to you). AMRAP #1 (12 MINS) Split Jumps 20 reps (10 per side) Push Ups 10 reps Russian Twist 20 reps (10 per side) Burpees 12 reps Hip Bridge - 12 reps REST 2 MINUTES AMRAP #2 (8 MINS) Air Squats - 12 reps Jumping Jacks - 20 reps Plank Shoulder Tap 20 reps (10 per side) Bird Dog 20 reps (10 per side) https://umanitoba.ca/sit/default/files/2021-01/ww_jan_6.pdf
