Today we'd like to share Nicole & Mikey's experience as Dons at Minota Hagey! "At Minota Hagey, we have a very small upper-year community. This allows us to be a very tight-knit group in which we all know each other. In fact, we all communicate through one big MS Teams chat together! It is a wonderful way for us to stay connected. On Sundays, we like to host a Sunday Night Game such as Trivia Kahoot! or Skribbl.io. It's a lot of fun and gives us an opportunity to socialize safely. And when we want to take study breaks to get some fresh air, we enjoy a nice (and socially distancing) walk to Waterloo Park".

Welcome to #DonFeatureFriday! A chance for us to introduce you to some of our amazing Residence Life Dons! This week we would like to introduce you to Kiran.

In November we're going to showcase some awesome events that our Dons have been hosting. Miguel is a don in Wilmot Court South and here are some of the events he's planned. "I’ve been engaging with my students in a few ways, be it through posters, having them write on my whiteboard, or through our Discord server (WS3). We had an in-person movie night (we watched Spirited Away!) recently, all socially distanced, and it was an awesome time, especially because a lot of us were able to come together as a community".

Today we went on a bike ride through the University of Waterloo Environmental Reserve in the North Campus. I’m so glad to have met such amazing people who push me to be my best. In so many ways, I’m already a different person than I was before I got here, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
