The last question was: what does the ICA mean by saying co-ops are Autonomous and Independent? Did you answer, - the ICA explains that Co-ops are autonomous, self-help organizations controlled by their members. If they enter to agreements with other organizations, including governments, or raise capital from external sources, they do so on terms that ensure democratic control by their members and maintain their co-op autonomy. Next question what does the ICA mean by saying co-ops provide Education, Training and Information?
