From Your Friends At Victory re: Videoconferencing Dearest friends and clients, We are thinking of you all and hoping that you are all well and safe.... Just as a reminder, as an alternative to in-person examinations, we offer videoconferencing, where our court reporter is the only person in our boardroom and all other participants can remain in the comfort of their home or office. A computer and webcam (or mobile device) and a solid internet connection are all that you require. Participants can even connect to the conference using just audio via a conventional phone line. Our IT person can run video connection tests with all participants as far in advance as possible to ensure that everyone is working well and comfortable with the procedure. Our IT person will be present at Victory for live support in the event that a participant needs further help. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions.
