GUEST TEACHERS We are stoked to share with you all our lineup of guest teachers for this months ROOTS online training. Cheryl and Yuby have both been VYFY teachers for many years, and know the ins and outs when it comes to teaching yoga to youth. They will be tuning in to give us their real life experiences of what it’s like teaching within schools and with youth programs.... We also have our Youth Ambassador Kiyah tuning in to lead us through a group yoga class and waking us through what it’s like being a youth with a yoga presence in her life. Virtual Class with @ryanleier Sunday Dec 13th @ 11am PST Hosted by @rising_hearts By Donation Class with funds coming to support @vinyasayogaforyouth ... There are lots of classes being hosted this week so be sure to check out the full schedule at @rising_hearts Rising Hearts is excited to continue and build Indigenous Wellness through Movement Series! The purpose of this program is to offer free, virtual sessions FOR ALL to attend and to learn from Indigenous wellness instructors and advocates while also being intersectional and inviting friends and allies in wellness to further continue building community and ally ship.

Our next ROOTS: 25hr Online Intensive dates are live! This time round we will be offering the course over 1 weekend. Evening sessions will be on Thursday + Friday and day sessions on Saturday + Sunday....
