For those who didn't know, when our founder @jonathanshkiler moved to Winnipeg from Toronto to start his business venture in REI under the guidance of the @stefanaarnio organization, @dakotahcharron, who is 23 years old, was one of the first people to reach out to Jonathan, invite him out for a coffee at a local Starbucks to hear his story. Dakotah sensing potential formally invited him to the @nreic community, the one and only REI network of high performers in the industry, ...that he created.
