Hungry for more, Weatherheads? This weeks take-out menu is shaping up to be a beaut! Thursday: Judy Dempsey’s creation this week was inspired by the flavours of Yotam Ottolenghi. Chicken skewers with yogurt and ginger, smashed potatoes with curry leaf mayo, braised black beans with lime leaf and coconut, paneer and beet salad with spinach and almonds. Switch out the chicken for tofu skewers as a vegetarian option. Pairs lovely with our latest beer Juice Loosener Double Dry-Ho...pped IPA! Friday: Twisted Fork is serving up their smoked meat sandwich kits! Each kit makes two enormous sandwiches! Complete with marble rye, cheese, pickles and homemade coleslaw. Sounds amazing! Sausage rolls are also available to order! Saturday: Jiny will be serving her Spicy Pork Bulgogi, which is thinly sliced pork marinated with spicy version of Jiny’s bbq sauce and lots of fresh garlic and ginger. It’s a perfect dish for spicy food lovers! Order by Wednesday at 5pm or while quantities last! When placing your order please select what time you will be picking up your meal between 4-6 on the designated pick up date. You can add your beer onto your order to pick up at the same time too!
