HAPPY NEW YEAR WEE FRIENDS! I am looking forward to sharing another year of wiggles and giggles with you. Hopefully by the time spring rolls around, we will be able to exercise and have fun together in person. Whatever the circumstances may be this year, lets choose to make it AWESOME!

This is the face of someone who knows how blessed she is. Although the year 2020 has had its many challenges, it has also contained countless precious moments, including this evening's "online New Year's family dance party". To all those who participated and chose to celebrate with me, THANK YOU! My HEART is FULL. Words cannot truly express the love and appreciation I have for each one of you. Of all the things you could be doing this evening, you freely gave 30 minutes (more... like 40 ) to dance with silly old me. Thank you. May 2021 be a year filled with limitless possibilities and countless precious moments for you and your family. We may not be able to change our circumstances, but, we always have the power to change and choose our attitude. Choose to be awesome. Choose to make 2021 awesome. Most of all, remember, YOU ARE AWESOME. Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!

Battling the elements for one last skate in 2020. You know it 's an awesome workout when you persevere through rain, snow and wind, all in the same hour. Thank godness for workout buddies who help you keep going and tell you not to give up. What motivates you???

Life is precious. Time is limited. Family is everything. I am grateful to have a body that enables me to enjoy the moments that matter most in life. Being able to go for a walk, roll down a hill, and play in the park with these awesome human beings is a privilege and blessing.
