''2020 has been a hell of a year for our Wildland Firefighters : - 8.7 million acres burned in North America... - Only in California, 4.2 millions acres have burned, destroying over 10 000 structures and killing 31 people. & all around the world we’ve been seeing tendencies like this one... Australia, Siberia, The Amazon... This past September, I collaborated with Visual Candy to create this video. I just couldn’t watch this destruction go down so closely and not take action. We decided to support The Wildland Firefighter Foundation, an organization that helps the families of firefighters killed in the line of duty and assists injured firefighters and their families. Particularly as we’re approaching Thanksgiving and Christmas, it’s important to realize that some families won’t ever be the same... What sets it apart from most Drip Torches is its raised-edge one-piece cast base, which makes it a lot more resistant to damage from drops. The safety loop is well away from the flame, so there is no danger of the fuel in the loop (liquid seal) vaporizing from heat. The screw-type vent valve introduces air to the bottom of the tank to relieve the vacuum created as fuel is being used. The wick is made of robust inserted fiberglass and the large handle allows a comfortable grip even when wearing gloves.
