Westwood Dental... Above & beyond care! I made an appointment to be seen with some "slight gum irritation." I was shocked to hear I had some pretty severe gum d...amage. So were they, as they weren't sure of the cause. I was a medical mystery, and had all the Dr's consulting on my care plan! Dr. Pate, performed a triple root canal, and extensive gum surgery, to save my otherwise perfectly healthy teeth! Cause, a tiny pocket of infection deep in my gums. The personalized care I received from this office was on point, and then some! From the "all eyes" on my case, a 20 minute phone call from Renee to explain procedures/answer questions, Lisa and Sheri's smiling faces, at the screening desks, the flexibility with billing to benefits they allowed, and of course Dr. Pate's expertise, care chairside, bad humour throughout lol, and the personal followup call afterwards!!
