A huge shout out to all the parents of our Trench Camp and Flag programs who trusted their players with us during this time. We are incredibly proud of how we were able to compete under these restrictions. Thank you for getting your players to practice and games every week and helping to protect not only their player but every other player in the league. Lastly WMFA would like to extend a gigantic thank you to Coach Mills who along with the Essex Ravens family of alumni and... coaches took on running the Highschool division and helped greatly with Trench Camp. We had many conversations on how this season would go given the restrictions if we ever got out of stage 2 of the reopening and once we did we planned and executed. This is what our Football community is all about. We are all family and we must help each other if the sport we love is to survive.

Congratulations to the first ever WMFA Peewee Flag Champions the Seahawks. Thank you to all the players who braved a weird weather day in a weird year to come out and participate at a high level for your team. A great debt of gratitude for all the coaches who stepped up and gave their time to coach these young ladies and men.

Congratulations to the Chiefs on bringing home the first ever WMFA Atom flag championship. It was truly football weather out Sunday with cold, wind, rain, sleet and snow. Big shout out to all those young ladies and men who braved the weather to play. Thank you to all the coaches who stepped up in this crazy year to give these kids a great season.

Congratulations to the WMFA Tyke Flag Champions for 2020. The Jr. Ravens! All the players played hard this season and the coaches did a heck of a job in this different season. We did it safely, had fun and learned a lot!
