I learned about illness prevention and the importance of diet and exercise in improving both mental and physical health I searched for ways to make a positive impact in people’s lives and help them live happier and healthy but I felt like I NEEDED TO DO MORE This is when I discovered the world of online coaching Online coaching connects me with people all around the world and helps me share my knowledge and promote healthy lifestyles Being a coach helped me bridge my passion for fitness and love for nursing into ONE where I can promote healthy living while helping people CRUSH THEIR GOALS I am beyond exited to be starting this journey and have great coaches and mentors by my side This has changed my own life in so many ways and now it’s time to start helping others make a change
