We know dangerous levels of heating are coming, and for many people and ecosystems, the impacts of ecosystem destruction, exploitation, and global warming are already here. Can we put aside notions of victory and completion and continue the fight? Can we rebel even though the effort will never be "won"? We acknowledge that our invasion has led to a great deterioration of the beauty and strength of these life communities.
