Introducing a NEW class!! If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi. Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. Join us every Wednesday starting Jan. 27th from 12:10 - 12:50pm! Meet Tinsel, our resident YMCA elf! He is ready for a couple of weeks of School’s Out Day Camps at the YMCA. Unfortunately he missed the memo that in-person camps aren’t happening this holiday season. You can still register for our virtual camp which starts today! Congratulations Dr. Ralph Schneider!! The YMCA had the opportunity to recognize an Honorary Supporter this year during National Philanthropy week along with the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP - @NPDYXE) and here was our submission. The YMCA of Saskatoon is closely monitoring the increase of positive cases in and around Saskatoon. Member and staff safety is a top priority, and as such, we will be postponing the release of the Winter 2021 Program Guide until December 1st, 2020.
