Ayurveda Tip Tuesday; Try some ritucharya which are seasonal rituals or practices to help bring peace and balance with the changes of the season. There are some beautiful rituals we can practice around the equinox and solstice or when the seasons change in our region. Since our sunsets are earlier, I love taking a moment to appreciate the passing day and enjoy the changing colours while preparing my warm evening meal. Our winters in Saskatchewan can be so harsh so I had to give myself a talking to many years ago that if I live here, I had better learn to appreciate some things about winter and learn ways to cope with the elements. I want to thank you for all your support during these times. Those of you who have shared posts, come to classes, figured out Zoom online yoga quickly and eagerly, those who have told others about Yoga Haven and those who have shared kind supportive words, I see you and I am so grateful. Being thankful has taken on such a deeper meaning right now as we appreciate food on the table, small gatherings, our homes and keeping each other safe. Happy Thanksgiving!

Reminder; You must preregister for Friday classes at Yoga Haven. There will be no drop ins without registering for the class as we have to limit numbers for physical distancing. Looking forward to being in the studio tomorrow!

As of Thursday last week, I have taught 49 Zoom yoga classes from my home. I have loved connecting online with everyone and love that Ive had old students from all over Canada practice with me.
