CLASS BEGINS OCTOBER 10TH! AND see below - a 5 week W&W session on Monday nights! Weights & Warriors and Slow Flow Yoga will take place every Saturday for 8 we...eks, 10 am - 11:30 am at York Point Community Center. We will follow the same format as the summer classes - back to back, each for 45 minutes...choose one or both. Only 6 participants per class allowed and must pre-register for the ENTIRE 8 week session. No drop-ins at this time! One 8-week session for BOTH classes = $120 (or 12 classes for pass holders). One 8-week session for ONE class = $80 or (8 classes for pass holders). Participants must be registered prior to the first class on Oct. 10th. Social distancing rules apply. No borrowing equipment (you must bring your own mats/weights or rent equipment for the whole session). Please do not come to class if you are feeling unwell. Register by messaging me. Pay by e-transfer to [email protected]. Your spot is reserved once payment is received. Looking forward to seeing everybody back on your mat!

The new JUNE schedule is: Weights & Warriors - Tuesdays, 6:15 pm All Levels Hatha Yoga - S...undays, 4:30 pm We will still need to practice physical distancing and responsibility to keep ourselves and those around us safe and healthy. So here is the scoop. * Only 6 people allowed per class * Pre-Registration REQUIRED to save your spot. Registrations will be accepted by (a) email and EFT or (b) email and class-pass deduction * Registration will begin at 8 am the day BEFORE class (ex, Monday 8 am for Tuesdays class) - please email first, I will confirm your spot, proceed to payment [email protected] * Once payment has been made or pass deducted, no refunds will be issued * You MUST bring your own mat, no mats will be loaned out * No sharing of equipment - please bring your own props (blocks, blankets, straps, etc.) and weights. If you are unable to bring your own, I will "loan" you props/weights for a deposit and you can keep it with you as long as you need. Once that equipment is returned, you will get your deposit back. * If you are ill in any way, DO NOT come to class! * If you are coughing, DO NOT come to class!
