How we do our job as a member of the food and beverage industry. 1) We monitor our staff’s body temperature upon opening and personnel shift changes.... 2) Record the body temperature of the staff who handle, prepare and deliver the food to ensure our customers have that information upon delivery. 3) Events open to the public have been cancelled until further notice.
