Happy New Year everyone! This year has been so challenging and quite rough for many of us. Looking at the positives that 2020 brought us, it kept us together through zoom;) it made us appreciate the small moments at home with our families. It made us appreciate our beautiful province and it’s beautiful nature. It made us appreciate our good health. Because with good health, we are rich. ... Wishing you all the best for 2021, love, happiness, good health, good new and fun adventures, and memorable moments. Hello Zumba lovers! Hope you’re well. As we are fast approaching the holidays, although most of us are pretty much stuck at home, I know that this time of year is busy! I’d like to remind you and ask of you to please please please pre-register to classes. (So I know I am not setting up and making my teaching arrangements for one person.) as much as I love Zumba, teaching for one person live is really hard, let alone online. Hey Zumba familia. I am so absolutely sad and I feel like I’m letting you all down. I have been super sick (now on antibiotics) It unfortunately seems to be ear and sinus related I hope that by Wednesday my meds would have kicked in and hopefully I’m ok to teach Thursday.... I am so sorry, thanks so much for understanding, I appreciate you all so much. Xox

Class cancelled tonight! (I’m sick and want to rest up so I get better quickly) Keep your eyes open for announcements, when I feel better, I’ll make up for Monday. Thursday am in person classes at Latin Flavours Fitness are on hold for at least 2 weeks.... Thursday nights in person at Hyde Creek (it hasn’t been confirmed) but you can expect these to also be canceled. ***Therefore, I will bring back the Thursday evening online if the demand is there.
