Macronutrients are food classified as Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats, they are needed by the body in large amounts for growth, providing energy and other body functions. . I've been thinking about this IG Post all day. . I Believe All Lives Matter! . I am not racist but I will not cave to peer pressure.... . Here's my last Leg Workout for this block of training! . They were supposed to be Heavy Squats, so I did many Sets because I do not have a squat rack and could not go heavy. . Back Squats, 10 Sets of 5 Reps Front Squats, 3 Sets 10 Reps Alternate Lunges,3 Sets 30 Reps Leg Extensions, 3 Sets 10 Reps Leg Presses, 3 Sets 10 Reps . I like to eat foods that are tasty, even when I am on a so-called diet. Thats why I count macros, so I know how much of the delectable foods I can enjoy,... Without blowing the whole diet on one meal. Macros are Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats. We can eat these foods in certain combinations for our bodies' to drop body fat, or build muscle size and strength, when we combine proper nutrition with strength training and a bit of walking. Everyone will have their own set of macros because they are based on height, weight and what goal body weight you wish to achieve. Once you become accustomed to tracking your macros you will be able to be on a diet and fit in some delectable and satisfying foods. The portion size for the more delectable meals may be small but for me, it's better than not having them at all. Here is a full day of Foods. 1. Breakfast was Protein Oatmeal with Raspberries and Coconut. 2. Lunch was Whole Grain Crackers with 2 servings of Antipasto, and Chocolate Protein Pudding with Blackberries. 3. Dinner was homemade Chicken Parmesan and 1 Serving of Bowtie Pasta with Tomatoes, Peppers, Garlic, and Olive Oil. 4. Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bar. What I did not photograph is my Postworkout shake I have after every workout, and the Protein shake I have before bed every night. It is not the farmers' fault that the vegetables they provide are less nutrient than they once were. Scientists have proven that our soils do not have the minerals they once contained. This means that we are not getting the micro nutrients from our foods like we expect.... And to be truthful, we probably don't eat enough fruits and vegetables daily, to get all that we need on a regular basis. If you suffer frome silly things like dry heels and hands, fatigue and a craving to chew ice, for instance, These can be signs that you are deficient in a mineral or vitamin. Things that we might not think relate to anything important, and we just have to live with. I have had a few issues that have been cleared since I started supplementing with a daily nutrient pack. I wanted to save some money and like the convenience of having a daily pack, so I don't have to purchase several bottles and dish the vitamins out daily.
