We at 1000 Islands Helping Hands hope that you and your family are safe and healthy during this pandemic. We are pleased to offer grocery delivery services again, but with certain changes due to Covid-19 and social distancing rules to help protect our valued clients. Please call 613-453-6254 to place an order. Orders must be placed Tuesday at the latest for deliveries the following Monday every other week. (For example, call in orders before Tuesday May 19 for delivery da...te of Monday May 25). Cost: $20-$25 per order Deliveries in Kingston, Gananoque, Lansdowne, Brockville Contactless payments only: E-transfer (preferred method) Cash in an envelope (exact change only or round-up) Debit (up to $100 only); must have tap Credit card Note: Deliveries to condos/apartments to be dropped off at the lobby only. Here's a list of helpful services in the area: Shoppers Drug Mart Gananoque 613-382-2303 will deliver most items from their store FOR FREE, including groceries, medicine and other househo...ld items. Delivery days are Thursdays and delivery area includes Gananoque, Lansdowne and Mallorytown. CPHC Brockville 613-342-4076 will deliver frozen meals to seniors in the Leeds and Thousand Islands area, as well as rides to essential medical appointments only. Let us help protect them from Covid-19 by practicing self-isolation, social distancing and staying home as much as we can.
