This gentleman got his bike back on Tuesday after Downtown officers had stopped two cyclists who were riding without lights equipped to their bicycles. After explaining why the cyclists were stopped, officers discovered that one of the bikes had been reported stolen to EPS. Officers seized the bike and contacted its rightful owner.
