Introduction to Moon-Lodge Invitation "Being Born in this female form, we see the Earth's rhythms mirrored in our own." Aerial Yoga Update Aerial yoga at the studio is opening slowly & in a unique way. Were a little different than other yoga, due to the fabrics, & With that, our approach to classes will look a little different. We wont be offering weekly hour long classes, due to the amount of time needed washing the fabrics, hanging them to dry, tear down & set up (ie 5 -6 hours of work for a one hour class). What we are offering instead are day long mini-retreats ~ sessions wh...ere we explore & experience a full day of yoga & meditation in the silks & on our mats (each in our own space) & who couldnt use a little peace & calm right now?! At present classes have been offered to those who had signed up & paid for classes in March & then had to stop due to covid. Im excited to say that our first mini-retreat that will be open to the public (with covid screening protocol) is going to be August 22nd from 10:00 - 4:00 pm. Price $199 plus tax. Spaces are quite limited, so it will be a first come, first serve basis (with payment to secure space) I am so excited to get back to yoga with all you amazing souls & bringing some peace & calm into a wild world lots & lots of love ... thank you for your patience & love ... Hi Friends, I'm taking a moment to pause before jumping back into classes at the studio. It's very exciting that the next phase is here & that we are allowed to... gather again, however the rules & regulations do not fully sit in an okay place with me ~ so I'm pausing to really get clear on what is for the highest good in my life & studio life. The time off has me reminded me that the hustle is not something that feels aligned for me. As much as I love my work, & many of you may feel the same.... I was pushing...pushing to do more, & demanding energy from my body, that sometimes wasn't there. I understand that that "may just be life" but I also understand that inflow & outflow must be balanced, for true health. So I am looking for new ways to balance the flow. With that said some things will start to change at 11:11. I will still do some yoga & aerial, I will still do 1:1 healing work (energy, spiritual, mental, emotional) & holistic health. However my new vision is that of a community, & I like a grandmother who holds the space & welcomes in different healers, & teachers of many paths to help share the light & speak in ways that that can connect to a wider audience. The light is the light ~ & we all connect to it in different ways ~ it is time to open the doors, so more people can hear & understand. I do not fully know, what exactly this will look like as of yet, but I do know what feels aligned with this great loving energy, & what doesn't..... so that will be my guide. This may not be a "normal" way to run a business, but perhaps 11:11 is more than just a business. It is a true deep sharing & living by the teachings that I share ~ true alignment ~ true health ~ mind body spirit balance ~ love & self love. It is a community space for love & light & for deep healing.... It is a new day..... a new way.... & we have the opportunity to re-create & align with the true depth & calling we are here for.
