Funny Story! I recently had a customer come by with a flat tire but did not recall running over anything, upon changing the tire and inspecting the tire and rim I found this sharp object. This belongs to a plastic tire tool for the bikes that assists with removing the tire, my guess is I had broken the tool and gotten frustrated and came back later to use a different tool. The crazy part is it was in the tire for months before it actually popped the tube. ... Needless to say make sure the tire tube is the only thing inside the tire!
