I did not expect this today. A resident of SAM’s asked me How does this work? How do you get this stuff? as I unloaded some donations in Grant’s Closet. I r...eplied, It gets donated or I use donated funds to purchase needed items . Which is best? he asks. Both is my reply. Most of the toiletries and things like underwear I need to buy as they aren’t common donations. Satisfied off he goes. Less than ten minutes later he is back and holds out this $20 to me. I want to donate. Thank you for doing this. I stood there for a while after he left. What a moment. See more
