Merry Christmas ! Happy New Years! We will see what 2015 has in store for us ..

Hey All unfortunately we have had to postpone our show that was planned for December 20th at the Cayuga Kin Hall. New date will be announced soon. Have a Merry Christmas 12--------------20

To our friends, family & dearly valued fans: It is with a heavy heart but a satisfied smile that we announce that after 2014, 1220 Blast will no longer be performing as a group. We have truly enjoyed our many years of success in the Haldimand Norfolk area and Hamilton music scene. It is time for all of us to move on with our musical careers and embrace the next chapter of our lives. Our last show will be December 20th at the Kinsmen Hall in Cayuga. This will also be the CD Re...lease Party for our 2nd studio album, entitled Strange Universe. Everyone who attends that night will receive a copy of the album, and we will also be selling the remaining copies of our first album Home. Stay tuned for more details about the show as we get closer to the date. The history of this band is truly something special, with the core trio of members dating back to 1993. Some of the younger band members were still in diapers at this point! It has been a long and rewarding journey and we all feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to play, write & perform together. None of this would have been possible without all of you, the fans, and so we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. We couldn’t have done it without you. We want to especially thank Nick Blagona, our producer, for working with us on both our studio albums, the International Long Drive Challenge for an unforgettable week in Mexico, the Argyle Street Grill for always welcoming us into their bar to play, John Van Mil for being an awesome sound guy, and most importantly, our families and friends for all their love and support along the way. We ask that you please support the band members as we all move on to other musical endeavours. We are excited for what the future will hold and grateful for all the good times we have had in the past. And finally, we ask that you keep on rockin’ even after we are gone. With love, 1220 Blast
