Social Distancing Video... Last month, rocker Alan Merrill, who wrote and recorded the original version of the hit song "I Love Rock 'n' Roll," died in New York after being diagnosed with coronavirus. Joan Jett & the Blackhearts covered the song in 1982 and the single shot to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified platinum. For motivation, Tim Van Slingerland had to get in to character for this one. Eugene Coady has a Liam Gallagher thing going on. I watched a video of Joan Jett from the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, they were all dressed in tight black in clothing from head to toe. I did the same. Matthew Reid just pounds on those drums!!!

Our second attempt at learning something new while being apart. This is our acoustic cover of a song that Billie Joe Armstrong recorded in his bedroom last week. He was reflecting on the things that matter the most in his life. Family, friends and of course music. "I figure if we have to spend this time in isolation at least we can be alone together." -BJ
