I get a day off teaching tomorrow , so guess what I’m going to do? That’s correct! I’m going to a yoga class there are so many great teachers in our area that it’s hard to pick just one class to attend. I am teaching at 3 different locations so I take any chance I can get to take in a class from the instructors whom inspire me

Happy Wednesday everyone Just a reminder that tonight’s 7pm class is postponed until next Wednesday because of our special Valentines Night Yoga Class. Next Wednesday will be a regular class for all of the Steelhead Fitness members. Saturday’s ( February 15th ) 9am class is cancelled for this week due to the Family Day long weekend. Thanks everyone for your support, and feel free to do some Sun Salutations, and deep breathing on your own in the mean time until we see each other again. I will be holding classes at Steelhead Fitness, beginning on Saturday November the 9th@ 9:00-10:15 am . I will run this Saturday class until Christmas then probably break for the holiday and resume once the holidays are done. This class will be for everyone of all levels of fitness, from hard core athletes to weekend warriors, or if you ju...st want to expand your range of motion and learn to relax and breath. I will be giving hands on instruction with special attention to correct alignment and working within everyone’s safe limits to avoid injury. Please pm me with any questions regarding this class or any of your private instruction questions. Members of Steelhead Fitness pay $8.00 per class and non members pay $10.00 per class. 10 class passes for members are $70.00 and non members $90.00. You can either pay a drop in fee (cash, cheque or E-transfer) or buy your pass in advance through me by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. I will be teaching a slow flow style of Hatha Yoga, with mindful movement and particular attention paid to the breath and the expansion of our lung capacity.
