Welcome to 2021! I have written and deleted numerous posts on overcrowded shopping malls being allowed to stay open while small business gyms and personal training has to shut down. Some chain front squats this weekend. If you want to work on accelerating through the middle of your squat chains are a great add to your program. As you lower into the squat more chain load goes into the ground leaving me in this case with 225# at the bottom but as more links come off the ground more weight is added as you go through the concentric phase of the lift. Giving me 285# at the top of the lift.
