Improving traffic safety in our community! Construction is complete on a project to upgrade the intersection of Domano Boulevard and St. Lawrence Avenue/Gladstone Drive in lower College Heights. Since September, crews have been working to install traffic signals to help facilitate development, improve network access for the surrounding residential and recreational areas, and improve intersection road safety for all modes of transportation.... Since late last week, the signals have been flashing red and operating as a four-way stop to test the lights. Starting at 1:00pm today, the signals will begin functioning as a regular intersection featuring permissive left turns," which means turning can occur on the green light when it is safe to do so.
