Every sea, army and air cadet has an opportunity to support The Royal Canadian Legion Dominion Command and veterans through the poppy campaign. They volunteer to sell poppies because they appreciate the brave men and women who have served, continue to serve and have died in the service of Canada. Happy Monday! LS Ryan took part in the Provincial Qualifying Regatta this month in Esquimalt, BC!

We had some recent promotions at the beginning of October at our Ceremonial Divisions!

Physical Training is one of the aim of the Cadet program. This evening we had a guest instructor to teach the cadets the importance of nutrition, bootcamp and finishing off with a bit of light yoga. Thank you Bonnie Nikpay, parent of AB Nikpay!
