BBQ Season is upon us! YES, we fill propane tanks. NO, we don't sell the tanks. All tanks must be in good condition along with not being expired. Any damaged out outdated tanks will not be filled. A few swap out locations are Echo Bay Home Hardware, Island Timber Mart, Canadian Tire (SSM), Superior Propane (SSM).... *We don't fill propane vehicles, but Pit Stop in Echo Bay does.

Neebish Bay ice report for the upcoming AFGC Children's Perch Derby on Sunday March 15th 2020. Drilled 6 test holes throughout the fishing boundaries. All ice... depths of 13.5" to 14.5" with exception of the western area of the bay closer to the Neebish Rapids boundary where I only had 7.25" of ice depth. We may have to shorten up the western boundary for fishing some for safety reasons but we will monitor weekly and twice on derby week. Very little snow and no slush at all today makes for easy travel on the ice. We have a safe ice depth minimum of 15" for the AFGC to host the event. We are almost there and lots of cold weather and ice making days still left. On a more serious note to the angler who left their coffee cup on the ice for me to pick up today, your mother would be ashamed of you! What we bring with us to enjoy the outdoors is what we return home with unless we find others laziness left behind. Please pick up all of your garbage and others and do your part to keep nature natural.
