Today we had our annual toy run for Harbour House. We had about 50 bikes register for the parade, followed by a short poker run and a concluding with delicious supper at Honkers! A HUGE thank you to Dallas Harty from Southern Alberta Bikers for arranging it and to our biking community for their support! Also a big thanks to all the businesses that supported us with donations for door prizes!!

TOY RUN UPDATE Obviously the forecast is not looking great for Saturday. We will be going ahead with the parade rain or shine.... The Legion will not be serving breakfast as we can not expect them to go out and buy all of the necessary supplies not knowing if we are going to have enough riders to make feasible for the Legion. YWCA/Harbor House will have a donation box set up for donations. Because of the Covid 19 concerns, cash is preferred. Any material items that do get donated will need to be sanitized so the YWCA has requested they be in their original packaging. As for the poker run, that is something we as a group will make a decision about on Saturday. For those of you who have already etransfered money, we will donate the money accordingly to YWCA and/or refund the portion intended for the poker run. The wind up dinner planned for Honkers Pub will go ahead as planned at 5pm. All of the door prizes will be drawn for at Honkers. Tickets for the door prizes will be distributed to participants at YWCA/Harbor house. If you would like to make a donation but cannot participate in the parade, you can meet us at YWCA/Harbor House between Noon and 2pm on Saturday. Please come on out and join us in supporting those who need it most.
