Set a time limit for yourself and put away your phone, tablet, laptop, or other devices and step away. Take a break from comparing yourself to others or focussing on problems you cannot control. Let your mind find ease by being present with yourself. Instead try going for a walk outside, sitting and reading your favourite boo...k, doing a puzzle, starting a craft, cooking your favourite snack, or doing nothing!
