We are going to do COOKED 1 claw lobsters again this coming TUESDAY and FRIDAY! It’s $55 per dozen cooked

What’s your favorite thing to do with left over lobster? Here is one of ours: Lobster Dip * 8 ounce package cream cheese softened * 1/2 cup mayo... * 1/2 cup light or regular sour cream * 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (We use extra cheese to coat top) * 1 tablespoon grated white onion or chopped green onion * 1-1&1/2 cups of chunked lobster * 1 teaspoon garlic powder * 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire * 1/2 lemon juiced (or a bit of bottled lemon juice) * 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh or flakes) * a few shakes of Tabasco to taste * fresh ground black pepper to taste * crackers, baguette slices, or tortilla chips for serving INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a medium bowl and stir until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and stir again until well combined. Transfer to a small baking dish and transfer to oven. (I personally add more cheese on the top to coat) 3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly. 4. Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or tortilla chips
