This Lego video is quite good at explaining Chinese New Year! My family and I lived in China for over 6 years and our youngest child was born there. We celebrate! ! Happy New Year!

While cleaning up from my sewing projects I stumbled upon 12 kid size masks. They'll fit most kids from 3-7. I'm dropping the price to $7.50 each with $5 still going to the 1st Lakeshore Scouts group. So far we've raised over $200 for the group! Chanauka Challenge day 7: Make a light! In your kit there is a tea light and some stickers. Decorate a jar, a can, or anything you find around the house to make an electric candle! Use tissue paper or other things to add colours for a warm glow. LIGHT IT UP!!
