What an absolutely incredible day yesterday at the 2018 Airsoft Expo at Stingers Indoor Paintball. Saying it was a huge success doesn't really do it justice. I...t was great to see so many friends i haven't seen in a long time. The amount of new friends i made with all the new people we met is what the Airsoft community is all about! So many conections were made between everybody and the Airsoft family grew significantly. The number of vendors went from 6 the first year to 32 on only it's third year. The vendors are eager to see Airsoft grow and showed they are willing to do what they can to make sure that happens. There was lots of new toys sold to happy customers, but they were also eager to make connections amongst themselves to make it easier for us to get the things we need. Thank you for coming out and setting up for all of us! The teams who put on the "Player's Choice" games worked hard and it showed. The scores were extremely close and the winning team won by only 0.2 points. Congratulations goes out to Infinium Airsoft for taking home the patches and the golden operator award! Thank you to all the teams involved, Anvil Airsoft Team, Honey Badger Airsoft Presents, Blackthorn, T.D.U Airsoft Team, F.I.S.T. and Infinium Airsoft. Thank you to all who put on seminars this year. Bryan Thistle, Laszlo Kovacs, Mike Swafford, Quinn Brown and Irish Mc Connor. Thank you to all the attendees for coming out and supporting the Airsoft Expo and all the vendors who set up. The number of people who came out more then doubled over last year at over 250 people. We actually had a line up of about 30 people waiting in the cold to get in. It was humbling to see and especially hear how far people were willing to travel from. We had people from Windsor, London, Chatham, Niagara, Montreal and Toronto. As more people come out more vendors will set up! A huge appreciation has to go out to all those who stepped up when they saw we could use a hand. B and i want to personally thank Eric Harding, Joe Ker, Mitch Sabourin, Mike Campbell and the DMB crew from stingers, Trevor Davy and Kyle Zachary Mercer. There were so many more people who helped out and we couldn't have gotten through yesterday without you all! I would like to personally thank Peter Parker and Brigid Banning for all your hard work and patience. You guys were the backbone the Expo! I need to take a moment and give a huge thank you to Nate Jester Den Hollander. It's crazy how people come into your life at just the right moments. Your words and gestures meant more then i can express. I will definitely have my coin the next time we see each other.
