With the Province’s returning to orange, the gym will be reverting to its orange phase protocols. This means mask are required at ALL times and members must sign the contact tracing sheet upon entering.

Following today’s announcement, we will be reverting to our yellow phase operation plan. This includes: room capacity limits as posted, maintaining a 6 ft distance at all times and not using equipment immediately adjacent to others. If you cannot maintain a 6 ft distance, a mask must be worn. Please be respectful of this plan and others.

Masks are now mandatory at all times inside the gym. This is necessary for us to remain open. Thanks for your support.

Unfortunately the card reader is not currently working. An eletrician is en route to service. An update will be posted when the reader is functional again. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We are excited to announce that the gym is open! Please respect all protocols as required by the province. These are posted at the gym. Memberships will be limited. Preference will be given to those who were members in March. All members in March who had reached out to Joe Adair to indicate they wanted to return, will have an active card today. Please help us to ensure we stay open by respecting all protocols as outlined at the gym.
