The muscles at the bottom of your feet help to support your body when standing and walking. Naturally over time, many people find that the arches in their feet ...become weaker, which may contribute to development of flat feet or plantar fasciitis. Naturally strengthen the muscles in your foot arch by first placing your foot flat on the ground on top of a towel. Then, without moving your heel, curl your toes like you are picking up the towel and pulling it towards the middle of your foot. Repeat this Towel Curl activity 10-20 times per foot, and this will help exercise the muscles that support a healthy arch. Looking for more solutions regarding arch support or plantar fasciitis pain? Book an appointment with an LMC Chiropodist to discuss alternative solutions and receive a personalized treatment plan. To book, please call us at 1-844-562-3668 or email [email protected]. #FootCare #DiabetesCare #Chiropody #TeamLMC See more
