We are proud to introduce a new Online Registration Tool to make the registration process easier to join cadets! Parents/guardians and prospective cadets can no...w visit our website at www.canada.ca/join-cadets to receive information and complete the first step in the registration process. The tool will gather their contact information as well as the unit they are interested in joining and forward it to the corps/squadrons’ generic mailbox. Corps and squadrons will then be able to contact the parent/guardian to answer any questions and arrange for the completion of the registration process. This is the first release of the new Online Registration Tool. It is the first of many improvements meant to support the current registration process, it does not replace the required documentation or FORTRESS data entry requirements. The Online Registration Tool will continue to evolve to streamline the current registration process. To be kept up to date with the latest orders, directives and policies, it is critical that staff at the corps and squadron level continue to monitor their CCO-Net email accounts, including their unit positional mailboxes, on a regular basis. ******** Nous sommes fiers de vous présenter le tout nouvel outil d’inscription en ligne qui facilitera le processus pour joindre le programme des cadets. Les parents/tuteurs et cadets potentiels peuvent maintenant visiter notre site web www.canada.ca/join-cadets afin de recevoir de l’information et de compléter la première étape du processus d’inscription. L’outil enverra un courriel aux boîtes génériques de corps/escadrons pour transmettre l’information entrée dans l’outil d’inscription en ligne. Les corps et escadrons auront ainsi les coordonnées du membre et pourront le contacter pour poursuivre et compléter le processus d’inscription comprenant des formulaires à remplir. L’outil d’inscription en ligne est conçu pour soutenir le processus d’inscription actuel; il ne remplace pas ce dernier ni la saisie des données dans Forteresse, ni la documentation habituellement requise. Il est nommé Outil d’inscription en ligne puisqu’il continuera d’évoluer afin de rationaliser le processus d’inscription actuel.

In order for cadets to register for these activities, cadets will need to send an email to Regional Cadet Support Unit (RCSU) Northwest with the following information: Last Name First Name Corps / Squadron Number Corps / Squadron element Name of the activity you wish to register for (First, Second and Third choices) Dates of serial you wish to register for The language you would like the activity delivered in Phone number (will be used as a second-factor authentication for your online account) A email address that the cadet has access to Instrument selection for cadets registering for the music course Cadets must send an email to the following address: [email protected]; sent from their personal email address or an email that they can access. A parent email, that the cadet cannot access, should not be used. Cadets will be contacted once they are loaded on an activity, and provided instructions on how to log in to the learning tools required to participate in the activity.
