We are pleased to offer #ProjectUPLIFT, a program that uses #CBT and #mindfulness skills to help people living with #epilepsy with their #mentalhealth, including #depression, #stress and #anxiety. Sessions are facilitated over the phone or Internet by a trained facilitator a mental health facilitator. This 8-week program is limited to 6-8 participants. To register, please email Sonia at [email protected]. This program is part of the #ManagingEpilepsyWellNetwork. Program research was funded by the #CentreforDiseaseControlandPrevention.
