Same person different body. 24 lbs lost in 3 months and 2 weeks. Let’s go! The quickest way to burning fat is to trigger the fat burning hormones.... It’s so much more important to stop doing things that don’t help then doing the things to implement. If you want to start triggering your fat burning hormones and fat then here are somethings you can do: 1) stop snacking Every time you eat something you spike your blood sugars. 2) stop eating breakfast if you don’t feel hungry! Listen to your body. 3)watch out for hidden sugars in foods like: Pasta, crackers, chips, pancakes, alcohol, potatoes, breads, yogurt. This is what consistency does to you. My man over here killing it! Dropping a big 31 lbs in just 2 months! He started at 262 lbs and dropped to 231 lbs and this was through the Christmas, super bowl, New Years!... Talk about goals and commitment. I always talk to my clients about this that when you get started is the hardest part. As your body is changing and creating machinery for your body to operate differently. The first week or two may be difficult but your body will adjust. As you stay consistent you will get to your goal faster and as you get closer and closer to your goal! You will have more flexibility with your eating. No ones perfect but as long as you do your best and demand only the best version of yourself you will make it. This is a journey not a destination. This one made slow progress but it’s fine because progress is progress and we will have ups and we will have downs. Expect that to happen. You will have life happen to you. As training females, hormonal issues will come up, health issues. ... Yet we still hit our goals because we made a commitment and the victory sounds better than staying put. Started at 289 lbs and lost to 262 lbs in 6 months. One of the things that she struggled with was sleep. A lot of people forget about sleep and how it plays a very very very important role for everything. Sleep is when you transform. You can eat healthy and exercise often all you want but..... If you don’t recover, heal, fix what’s going on the inside you’ll never be able to lose that stubborn weight/belly properly. Sleeping creates growth hormone, a fat burning hormone. So do what you need to do to fix your sleep and I know there are a lot of people who have sleeping issues but as long as you take action towards fixing it and making your health a priority that’s already a win! NOT JUST WOMEN... 98% of my clientele is females/ busy moms, I love working with moms and females transforming their life, body and mindset. ... But... I do work with males as well. Even though I specialize in helping females/ moms I still do take on some male clients to help them achieve their goals. Training males and females have to be different. The both have different wants and needs. They also have different body goals and shapes they want to be in. The best way to get in shape whether you are a female or male is to do: 1) Strength training 2) change your nutrition plan and stick to it consistently. 3) sleep more / recovery 4) add 2-3x a week of endurance training 5) cut out negative BS in your life and move forward with your life. Connect 4 is the way to go. It is so important to connect with people, so important to be engaged with your clients. Remember that it’s never about you and always about them. ... This doesn’t just apply in personal training but also in a relationship with a friend, client , and a significant other. It’s all about what can I do to give value to the other person.? What can I do to give to this relationship.? Here are the connect 4 tips: 1) Engage and respect: Many people engage but lose focus and don’t respect the other person while speaking. They look somewhere else, that causes a disconnect in the moment of interaction. 2) Listen This is the most important element of connecting, many people have trouble listening. When people don’t actively listen, they will forget and miss out important information Which then causes a disconnect. And they don’t want to talk to you anymore. 3) Dig Deep As we all have a lot of these connections now, what you do with it? You connect On a deeper level, if you don’t dig deep, relationships do fade away and it will be a just another acquaintance.
