This client has had drainage issues with his lawn. It is a brand new build. As we took the 2-3 inches of viable turf soil there is a very compacted clay soil layer along with construction debris mixed in. We pulled a chalk line out and 4’ 2x6 piece of lumber out. Just crazy! The water table is a mere foot below!
