Monday-Thursday: 3:45-4:45 PM, 4:45-5:45 PM 5:45-6:45 PM Saturday: 9:30-10:30 AM Unlimited amount of training on your schedule! What you get: You have a custom workout plan which is is normally 3-4 strength based workouts/week. Coach Stuart will there to guide, assist and motivate you. There is also a database of core & Cardio workouts that Stuart will put you through if you want to do more training on top of your program. Just register for each time slot as there is only a 4 person max for each slot.
