We are open! For the next 14 days we will be doing individual training only. There will be times throughout the day to sign up for a spot where you can workout on your own. There will be a coach available but this is not a class. A great opportunity to work on some weaknesses! Sign up online on the Pike13 app!

Intramural Week 2! Three Peaks challenge. 2 Riverbend Hills 4 Michener Hills 6 Rotary Park Hills.... For time. 150 points Time includes drive time. If under 1 hr from the start of river bend hill to the bottom of rotary park hill is under 1hr=200pts. Drive to riverbend. Go down big hill and park in the first parking lot at the bottom of hill on the right hand side. (Before golf course.) Cross the paved road and head into the trails. Turn left. You will see a sign similar to the first sign bellow. This is the start. Run up the hill until you see the sign Caution-toad ahead Turn around and run back down. Do it again. Drive to the top of Michener Hill (by cemetery) Start at the brown sign and run down the grass until you touch the pavement. Do this 4 times. Drive to Rotary Park. Go to the gravel hill. Start at rotary park sign (see below) run to the wooden lookout. (See pic). Do this 6 times total. When you get to the bottom of the hill the timer stops. *be careful, there are lots of roots running up river bend hill. The view at the top is worth it!! Make sure you warm up and stretching before the first run! Stretch it out when you are done, or do the back foundations video for an extra 50 points this week!
