305 Consulting had been asked to consult on an asphalt tripping hazard at a co-op housing community. 305 Consulting used roadware mender clear and sand to mend the fractured asphallt. With a little of bushing and grinding we were able to shape the asphalt inorder to resolve the hazard. This repair avoids the need to remove the entire section of asphalt and repave with a new coat of asphalt. If a new application of asphalt were to be placed it would not mean the new asphalt would bond to the exisiting thus allowing water to penetrate the joint and allowing the damage to reoccur after a few freeze cycles.

305 Consulting was requested by C.B.A.Property Management to resolve a tripping hazard violation issued by the City of Atlantis. Our client was extremely concerned about the color match because it impacts the asthetics of the shopping plaza. As you can see by the photos below we matched the existing adjacent colors perfectly!

After the inspection 305 Consulting performed a water test on the glazing system and identified several issues regarding lack of maintenance, weather seals and gaskets not performing properly. A detailed report of the inspection results and recommendations were provided to the condo corporation to assit them with an informed repair request for a glazing professional.
