November 8 is Indigenous Veterans’ Day. Today we recognize the service & sacrifice of First Nations members who served in the First and Second World Wars and Korean War, and an unknown number of Inuit, Métis and other Indigenous Peoples who participated. #WeRemember

Today we acknowledge and celebrate Inuit culture and contributions on the birth date of Inuit Circumpolar Council visionary Eben Hopson, Sr. Inuit are the Indigenous Peoples of the Arctic. Inuit means The People in the Inuit language of Inuktitut.
