As part of the Canadian Armed Forces response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Canadian Army is focusing our communications priorities to ensure people have correc...t, updated information to protect themselves and their families, and to ensure the Army remains ready to respond where we are needed, domestically and internationally. We know that right now is a very difficult time for many across the country. We encourage all members to listen to their local public health officials and practice Social Distancing, frequent hand washing and proactive preventative measures like avoiding crowds and minimizing trips outside your home. Social Distancing is important, as is Self Isolation if necessary, but those do not mean Social Isolation. Stay in touch with your friends and family, and check on your peers through text message, FaceTime, Skype etc. If you are feeling lonely, or you think someone else might be, reach out for someone to talk to.
