While the extra PPEs (N95 masks, face shields), cleaning, distancing means added cost for us, we DO NOT charge extra PPE fees. We put the health and safety of our clients and staff first as always. As per our regulatory body, Alberta Dental Association and College, dental clinics across the province will continue with the current measures, and only dental emergencies to be treated till further notice. Due to the coronavirus-19 outbreak, Alberta Dental Association has ordered the following for all dental clinics in Alberta: Effective immediately, there is a mandatory suspension of all non-emergency dental treatment and services. Dentists may continue to provide emergency treatment. Emergency dental treatment may include treatment of oral-facial trauma, significant infection, prolonged bleeding or pain, which cannot be managed by over-the-counter medications. It is appropr...iate to provide needed care for conditions that, if left untreated, become a more significant burden on our health care resources and significantly compromise patient health. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are following the Alberta Dental Association protocol to combat the coronavirus outbreak and to keep the public safe. We will be closed effective immediately until we receive notice from the Alberta Dental Association that we can re-open again.
