Specific Details of the Work: be responsible for reporting to the Safety Lead. assist the Project’s Safety Lead in monitoring and advising on all aspects of regulatory Compliance and Due Diligence within the Business Unit in the Areas of Process, Workplace Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene and Risk Control. be accountable for ensuring that Risk control Management Systems and Programs are followed by all workers within their Business be accountable to support the Safety Lead with the completion of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Specific Accountabilities: Attend Business Unit safety meetings, as required Conduct safety site inspections and critical task observations Assist with the maintenance and compliance of: Remedy incident Tracking system Remedial action tracking system Business Unit safety reporting Employee workforce count/hours Business Unit safety communications Business unit safety documentation Business Unit standards, policies, and procedures Business Unit Hazard Assessment documentation is completed and filed Present safety topics during safety meetings, as required.
