Today is World Mental Health day, which is all about raising awareness of mental health issues around the world. This is important now more than ever because of... the psychological toll COVID19 has taken on everyone’s wellbeing. We urge you all to take a moment for yourself today. Cuddle your pet(s) and be present in the moment you share with them, visit your 'happy place', do something out of love for yourself, or even just set some time aside to practice mindfulness meditation. Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health. #WorldMentalHealthDay #mentalhealthawareness
